Piston Check Valve

The PCV74-75 is a piston check valve, with a spring loaded piston.

Made in conformance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, this valve comes with a bolted bonnet and either integral cast flanges or screwed connections.

The PCV74/75 can be manufactured with either an integral seat (PCV74) or renewable (PCV75) resilient seats, a drain plug and can be created with NPT, BSPP or BSPT threads. Manufactured as standard in Nickel Aluminium Bronze (NiAlBr) – ASTM B148/C95800, giving long service life on seawater applications. 

 

Standard Range

• PCV74 with integral seat,

          Sizes: 1/2"  to 10" / Connections: ANSI 150 & 300. Screwed up to 2"

• PCV75 with renewable seat,

          Sizes: 2"  to 10" / Connections: ANSI 150 & 300.
